Is Sports Massage painful?

It is normal to experience some discomfort during a treatment but all the deep tissue techniques used are safe and effective and specifically tailored to work alongside your own personal tolerances.

What should I wear for a Sports Massage?

I recommend wearing sports shorts and a loose fitting t shirt.  You will be covered by thick towels during treatment to keep you warm and comfortable.

I'm feeling unwell can I still come for treatment?

Accepted Answer

Its best to avoid treatment if you feel ill including a temperature or cough cold like symptoms as treatment can make you feel worse.  I recommend waiting until you feel better before booking in a treatment.

Is there parking available?

There is one space available on the driveway of the studio.  If it is already in use by an earlier customer there is ample unrestricted parking on the street.

Do I need to undress for treatment?

While most clients do take off their top for treatment it is possible to complete a variety of beneficial deep tissue techniques through towels and clothing.  Any treatment can be tailored to ensure maximum comfort and privacy for you.
