Individual lessons are helpful if you have a specific issue or injury to work with or need some technique-work before joining a course. I will provide an assessment of current core stability and postural alignment and devise a tailored exercise program to help you practice at home.
Release work – with therapy massage balls can be useful for persistent tense muscles. There are a number of techniques for self-massage which can be incorporated in to a daily routine to help reduce tightness and restore mobility.
