I use a variety of movement methods – not just Pilates – and my anatomical knowledge along with ideas from manual bodywork therapy in my teaching. This means I can develop personalised exercise routines to help address specific issues or if you special movement requirements.
Release work – with therapy massage balls can be useful for persistent tense muscles or postural issues. There are a number of techniques for self-massage which can I can show you reduce tightness and restore mobility.
Depending on your issues, I can provide individual lesson via Zoom at the moment or in person in the Bath locality.
