Exercise classes

During the pandemic all Pilates-based exercise classes are online via Zoom.

EQUIPMENT: You will need a massage ball for release work and a resistance band for strengthening.

COST: £48 for the next 6 week course starting Jan 3rd.

Catch ups: I will record the sessions so if you to miss your class slot or you would like to repeat the class that week just let me know and I will send you a link to the recording.

Class levels vary in technique required and complexity. Beginner classes teach the basic techniques with coordination and helps you get to know your anatomy.level1

level2Level 2  improver – adding to the basics to develop core strength and endurance, refine technique and increase range-of-motion in joints.

 

level3Level 3 intermediate uses more challenging exercises that increase loading for strength and sequences that include balance exercises with more varied positions.

level4Level 4 advanced includes more choreographed flowing movement sequences with more variation in pacing to move through positions and work with gravity to increase strength,  agility and focus.
